The construction technology of
container plywood flooring is directly related to the quality of floor laying and the subsequent performance of the container. Before construction, full preparation work needs to be done, including cleaning the bottom of the container, checking the flatness, etc. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the specifications, models, and appearance of the container plywood flooring used meet the requirements. The floor surface should be flat and smooth, without cracks, missing corners, delamination and other defects.

The laying process usually starts with leveling the surroundings and partition wall foundations. If conditions permit, the use of reinforced concrete foundations can enhance stability. Then install the columns and connect the skeleton with transverse beams, and then install the partitions, exterior wall panels and door and window frames. In the floor laying process, the ground is generally leveled, cleaned, and dried, and two coats of waterproof paint are applied. After that, the wooden frame (commonly known as wooden joists) is directly laid according to the ground line. The cross-sectional size of the wooden frame is commonly 30mm×40mm or 40mm×50mm. The connection method is half-groove buckle joint, and glue and nails are applied at the buckle joint. Then use an impact drill to drill holes in the wooden frame and the ground, fix the wooden frame to the ground with bolts, and carefully check whether the frame is level. Nail the base panel on the wooden frame. The base panel can be made of thick plywood or thick wooden strips, and make sure that the plywood edges and the ends of the wooden strips are all nailed to the center line of the wooden frame. The entire construction process must strictly follow the standard process and control every link to ensure the quality and stability of the
container plywood flooring.
