The quality inspection items are as follows:

1.Basic dimensions of container floor

The size of the container floor (or shipping container floor) meets the contract requirements, the diagonal difference is less than 2mm, the edge straightness error is less than 0.5mm, and the thickness is controlled at 28±0.75mm. As well as warpage and slot size; container floor warp does not exceed 1mm/1m; container floor twist does not exceed 3mm/1m.

Check whether the container floor has chamfered corners as required by the specifications. If the specifications require chamfered corners but have not fallen, they need to be manually added before going online. (1~1.5mm x 45 degrees, usually on the horizontal side)

The single weight of the container floor meets the grade requirements, 58KG, 62KG and other weights.

2.Packaging and storage of container floors

Check the stockpiling of container floors: indoor, dry, ventilated.

Check whether the container floor outer packaging meets the shipping and shipping requirements.

Horizontal bag: 3 horizontal and 4 vertical straps, vertical bag: 3 horizontal straps and 8 vertical straps.

3.Container floor moisture content

Observe whether the container floor is damp, and the moisture content should be less than 12%.

4.Container floor short span

Export short span up to standard:
H class: ≥8000N,
A class: ≥6500N
B class: ≥5000N,

Bamboo and wood: ≥8000N

6 pieces (305mm*50mm*28mm) are sampled in each batch, and four pieces are required to be qualified, and the average value is not lower than the standard value of the grade.

Maersk test samples three pieces, two of which are qualified as this batch of goods is qualified.

Domestic Shandong board: short span test 58KG: ≥5500N, 62KG passed Maersk test: ≥7500N.

5.Container floor pressing quality

The floor must be 19 layers, the upper and lower three layers are the whole board, no splicing is allowed.

At least ensure that the upper and lower layers have the same longitudinal direction as the box, that is, 3x2 structure; also observe whether there is a 3x3 (upper, middle, and lower three longitudinal layers) or 5x2 (upper and lower five longitudinal layers) structure.

Whether each layer is straight and uniform in thickness , Whether there are voids in the middle and whether there are layers.

6. Visual inspection of container floor

Smooth surface, no cracks with a width greater than 2mm and a length greater than 350mm, and no problems such as wormholes and pits.

The upper surface is required to be smooth and free of contamination, and the entire board surface should be similar in color. Observe whether there are serious worm holes, burr groove marks.

The upper and lower plates must be in good condition and level, without scratches, dead joints, holes, decay, sand penetration and other defects; the diameter of the joints is less than 30mm, and the whole surface does not exceed three.

Cracks: There should be no dense small cracks; the width of a single crack should not exceed 3mm, the length should not exceed 300mm, and the number of cracks should not exceed three, and it should be repaired with putty similar to the color of the board. Edge defect: the width is less than 1mm, the depth is less than 2mm, and the cumulative length is less than 50mm.

It is required that the floor is free of resin spills (not oil stains from the outside), because resin spills will affect the strength of the glue there.

7. Container floor Certificate and Sign Inspection

Check the container floor certificate, whether it is Apitong (Kurning & Hard wood etc.), treatment agent type and treatment time. If the production time is too long, it should be suspected whether there is a problem with this batch of floors.

Must undergo chemical moth-proof treatment (in line with the relevant standards of the Australian Department of Health), based on the supplier's product quality inspection report.

Inspect container floor surfaces and outer packaging for correct stamp markings and for signs of counterfeiting.
